The parties to this agreement are committed to the development and positive
application of procedures aimed at promoting equal opportunities. Your Community Clinic is also committed to the Human Rights

The aim of this
statement is communicate the commitment of the Therapists working at Your Community Clinic to the promotion of equality
of opportunity in the Community. We are opposed to any form of less favourable treatment, whether through
direct or indirect discrimination, accorded to the general public on the grounds of their race, religious belief, creed, colour, disability, ethnic origin, nationality,
marital/parental status, sex or sexual orientation.
General practices.
It is our policy

All Therapists, and
any clients who request it, will receive a copy of this statement. It will be placed on our website.
We are opposed to

All therapists and
clients will be treated fairly.
We recognise that
the provision of equal opportunities in our clinic is not only good practice, it also makes good business sense.

policy will help all therapists to develop the full potential and the talents and resources of the workforce will be fully utilised to maximise
the efficiency of the organisation.
Your Community Clinic is producing a framework for equal opportunities practice across the business and the means of implementing it, working towards ensuring that the workforce reflects the make-up of the communities. Where appropriate, Your Community Clinic will make reasonable adjustments
for disabled workers and clients.

and recycling them.
- Protecting, conserving and enhancing the environment including landscape character,
habitats and heritage.
- Promoting bio-diversity and local distinctiveness and the conservation of both
renewable and non-renewable resources.
- Raising awareness, educating and providing information to the public on environmental
policies, practices and issues.
The terms of this policy
statement and procedures agreement shall be subject to ongoing review.
This policy is fully
supported by the Therapists on Your Community Clinic and was approved on
28 February 2007
